Due to the current development of the pandemic, the International Messiaen Days Görlitz-Zgorzelec will not to take place in the near future. After the restrictions on public life have been extended once again until at least 18 April, the  Meetingpoint Music Messiaen Association feels compelled to decide to cancel the festival, which was planned from 29 April to 2 May. It is still in doubt when and if the concerts, lectures and guided tours will be able to take place at all.  In the next few weeks, the Association will be discussing the matter with the festival’s funders and sponsors. However, a decision will be taken in May at the earliest.
